The expansion project of Jiangsu LNG receiving Station was based on the first and second phase projects of Jiangsu LNG receiving Station. The work involved the design, procurement and construction of two additional 20×104m3 LNG storage tanks, two BOG compressors, torch, power distribution and automatic control system and other related facilities. Our unit was mainly engaged in T1205 tank foundation and foundation works. The construction was started on October 10, 2018 and completed on January 24, 2019. Engineering piles: storage tank T-1205 pile diameter was 1.3m, pile length was 71m, totaling 401 piles. The construction technology of rotary digging hole was adopted, and the stratum was mainly sand layer and silt sand layer, and the wall was protected by chemical mud. The pile end and side of the bored pile were post-grouted, and the total amount of grouting per pile was 3.86T.
The high-cap pile part adopted the integrated construction technology of ground pile. Gravel piles: 500mm diameter gravel piles were used for ground improvement. The pile length was 11.5m, passing through the second layer of silt, and a total of 2109 piles were constructed. Graded sand and gravel replacement: the area of graded gravel replacement was 10,592m2, the thickness was 1.95m, and the replacement amount was 20,655m3. A total of 401 piles were tested for low strain of bored piles, and the proportion of type I piles was 100%. A total of 41 piles were detected by ultrasonic, and the proportion of Class I was 100%. The characteristic values of the single pile bearing capacity determined by the vertical compressive static load test of 5 single piles are all 16,000kN, which meets the design requirements.
The 2x300MW Pile foundation project of Nantong Tianshenggang Power Generating Co., Ltd. is located in the south of Tianshenggang Town. Four small units are constructed on the existing site, and the construction layer is the backfill bottom after the demolition of the old plant. The construction began on 22 September 2003 and was completed on 30 October 2003. There were 353 bored piles, and the actual concrete volume was 8,842m3. The test results of pile foundation meet the design requirements.
The construction scale of this project is 30 dual-disk floating roof crude oil storage tanks with a
single tank volume of 10×104m3.The construction scope of this bidding section includes 8 pile foundations
for storage tanks, which will be started on May 11, 2011 and completed on September 13, 2011.
Rotary
bored pile with a diameter of 800mm is used for hole forming. Alloy drill teeth are adopted to ensure the
depth and quality of rock entering. The length of piles is 5-22m, and the total number of piles is 4,131.
This project won the "2017 Gold Award for Petroleum Quality Engineering" and "2016-2017 National Quality Engineering Award". Rotary digging dry hole forming technology, using alloy drill teeth to ensure the depth and quality of the rock. The spiral drill is improved, and the single drilling depth is increased from 0.8m to 2.5m, which greatly improves the quality and speed of drilling. A special cleaning drill bit was developed and manufactured to ensure that the thickness of the sediment (floating soil) at the bottom of the hole is less than 5mm.
This project mainly includes Chengdong Sluice Reconstruction Project and Sanlangqiao River Regulation Project. Among them, the Chengdong Sluice is rebuilt with a total net width of 5 holes × 6.0m, and the main building level is level 2. The total length of the Sanlangqiao River is 1594m. The design standard and the internal drainage standard of the project area are once in 50 years. The building level of the river bank protection project is level 3, and the corresponding temporary building level is level 5. The construction started on October 15, 2018 and is currently under construction.
Bored piles in the gate chamber section of Chengdong Sluice: the pile diameter is Ф800mm, the pile length is 40m, and the GPS-10 type positive circulation drilling rig is used for construction. The designed drainage flow of Chengdong Sluice is 387.6m3/s, the design flood level of the inland river once in 50 years is 3.72m, and the design tide level of the outer river once in 100 years is 5.55m. The sluice concrete meets the requirements of strength, anti-seepage, anti-erosion, anti-erosion, anti-wear performance and construction and workability according to the working conditions of its location. The Sanlangqiao River improvement project is the river improvement, mainly for bank revetment construction and dredging, and no cofferdam is considered for construction with water. The designed flow of the Three Corridor Bridges is 90m3/s, the designed river width is 35-50m, and the designed river bottom elevation is -1.0 to -0.5m.
