Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the geotechnical monitoring, instrumentation work, and soil investigation work
  • Supervise, arrange and coordinate with main contractors and consultants for site inspection of bored piling work
  • Monitor and ensure that progress of work is accordance with work schedules as well as the placement of material
  • Geological (soil & rock) confirmation for required design depth of toe level
  • Data collection & compilation of records
  • Ensure the construction works to comply with all the relevant regulation and special specification
  • In charge of construction submission, approval and inspection procedures in Singapore

  • Be responsible for the effective implementation and successful completion of project from planning to delivery, within scheduled timeframe, quality, cost, and safety requirements in accordance with company and statutory standards
  • Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, subcontractors, authorities and other relevant parties to ensure good communication and process
  • Effectively manage each phase of the project from design to completion while ensuring efficient and productive use of resources and enhance cost effectiveness
  • Coordinate with relevant internal stakeholders to ensure regular reporting and effective communication of project information

  • Identify unsafe practices and conditions through daily work-site inspection
